Role Summary/Purpose:

Establishes the Bioprocessing Training catalogue an d programs to customers.

Establishes the trainer team to fulfill Bioprocessing training services for Biopharma industry.

Lead the operation for Bioprocess Academy to build sustainable business in 3-5 years.

Extend the training from Biopharma industry to academia segment by the support from upper management level.

Work with external partners to build Training Branding in local an d global wise.

Act as a mentor to junior members of the trainer team, assisting them with the planning an d management of installation training.

Understand business needs an d developments in order to adapt the training needs from Biopharma industry.

Qualifications/Requirements Qualifications:

1. Bachelor in Sciences as minimum, post-graduate degree an d above is preferable

2. Familiar with multi-discipline GMP an d biotechniques

3. Ability to communicate using English

4. Good presentational skills

5. High level of organization an d time management skills

6. Excellent communication skills

7. Proactive an d self motivated

8.. Work planning, delegating, coaching an d evaluating

资格/要求：

Work Experience required

1. 5 years experience in biopharma industry

2. 10 years experience as training specialist Ｏr leader

3. Trainer and/or Coach license

4. 5 years leadership experience
